Petit Fours

These petit fours were made for a beautiful outdoor wedding reception.  The cakes were vanilla with raspberry and white chocolate filling and covered in fondant.  Decorations are done in royal icing.

These petit fours were done for a wedding.  Also vanilla cake with raspberry and white chocolate filling.  These were covered in poured fondant and topped with handmade fondant roses or piped with royal icing.

Class of 2011

This cake was done for a preschool graduation.  It was a full sheet cake done in half french vanilla and half chocolate fudge covered in vanilla buttercream icing.  YUMMMM....

Daisy Wedding Cake

This was a three tiered classic white cake with vanilla buttercream.  Each tier was piped with buttercream icing, and fresh daisies topped it off!

Fall leaf sugar cookies with royal icing, inspired by one of the greatest times of the year!

These are my specialty, sugar cookies with royal icing!  Here are a few pictures of cookies that were done for sports teams in the community.

Cake Pops

These are just so much fun to make and even more fun to eat!  I make these for all sorts of events.  The first picture is vanilla pops that were made for a little girls 5th birthday.  The next picture is from a Christmas party so the were, of course, red velvet!

50th Wedding Anniversary

This was a two tiered chocolate fudge cake with pineapple filling and chocolate buttercream.  The roses on top were hand made from fondant and dusted with yellow petal dust.  This was served with chocolate fudge and french vanilla cupcakes!

Perry the Platypus

Birthday's bring out the best in everyone & this cake was a blast!  This cartoon inspired cake was carved chocolate fudge with vanilla buttercream.  The decorations were done in fondant and marshmallows.  He is sitting on top of an extra large cereal treat covered in vanilla icing.

This birthday cake was for a dear friend!  Classic white stacked cake and vanilla buttercream with fondant dots and personalized topper.  Another cake with great inspiration!

Best friends get the best cakes!  French vanilla stacked cake and vanilla buttercream with fondant flowers.  This was inspired by my best friends bright shining personality!

Under the Sea

This is a favorite of mine!  Stacked vanilla cake and colored vanilla buttercream with loads of  fondant decoration! The mermaid is sitting on a cereal treat covered in chocolate buttercream.  

  

Dinosaur Fun

This was a super fun birthday cake!  Carved vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream filling with  fondant and candy for the decorations!    This was inspired by one little boy's LOVE for dinosaurs!
