What goes better with the first day of school better than apples...or apple cupcakes!!

Happy Birthday Jennifer...PINKTASTIC!

This was by far one of my favorite projects yet!  This was a dessert bar for a friends 30th Birthday.  Complete with a three layer white cake with vanilla buttercream icing and lots of fondant decorations!  Where do I even begin, there was a little bit of everything!  Cake Balls, Dipped Pretzels, Cupcakes, Brownies and so much more. 

Engagement Cake

This cake was done for an engagement party.  It was an Italian Cream Cake with Vanilla Buttercream Icing.  The topper was done in fondant, the initials and sides were hand piped with royal icing.

This cake was done for a couple of very special kiddos!  This was a Vanilla & Sprinkle Sheet Cake with Vanilla Buttercream Icing.  The stars were done in fondant & Power Rangers were later added!
